Description
IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analogue of Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, structurally modified to enhance its stability and interaction profile. It differs from native IGF-1 by the substitution of arginine for glutamic acid at position 3 and the addition of a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus, resulting in a 83-amino acid peptide.
