Description
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide with the amino-acid sequence Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro. It was developed as an analog of tuftsin, a naturally occurring immunomodulatory tetrapeptide. Selank is investigated primarily for its potential neuropsychotropic, anxiolytic, cognitive, and immunomodulatory properties.
